These terms apply to this website and to tables requested through it. The restaurant is Queen of Sheba, 3-4 Bouverie Place, Paddington, London W2 1RE.

A reservation submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your table is confirmed only once a member of our team contacts you to confirm it.

If you need a table the same day, or have not heard from us, please call 020 7402 6667 rather than relying on the website.

We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. After that we may release the table to other guests, particularly at busy periods.

If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to hold it.

Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change, so we can offer the table to someone else. You can change or cancel by calling us or replying to the confirmation we send you.

We do not charge a cancellation fee for standard bookings. For large parties or private events we may agree separate arrangements with you in advance, and we will always tell you before you commit.

For parties larger than 10 we ask that you call us directly so we can plan the table and the kitchen properly. The online form is not suitable for group bookings of that size.

Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you book, and again when you order.

Our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts and sesame. Because ingredients are prepared in shared spaces, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces. The dietary labels shown on our menu are a guide based on each dish’s ingredients, not an allergen guarantee. Always speak to your server so we can advise you personally.

We publish our menu and prices in good faith, but dishes and prices may change and some items depend on availability. The prices charged in the restaurant are the ones that apply.

We are open Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 23:30, with last orders at 22:45. Hours may vary on public holidays.

We want every guest to feel welcome. We may refuse service or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is abusive, unsafe, or spoils other guests’ enjoyment of their meal.

The text, photography and artwork on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
